Real ingredients for an unreal taste!
Byron Gourmet Pies use only the best ingredients, including grass fed beef and organic chick pea flour, to make their gluten free sausage rolls. They believe that good ingredients and ‘know how’ are necessary to bring out the authenticity of traditional recipes and then encase them in a perfect pastry – and once you try their pies or sausage rolls, you’ll understand why!
Conventional oven heating is preferred to microwave. Place a small oven proof dish with water in the bottom of the oven for best pastry results.
The product can be heated in its wrapping.
For the best results, thaw the sausage roll out slowly (not using a microwave) and leave in the fridge overnight for use the next day.
Once thawed do not refreeze.
Byron Gourmet Sausage Rolls last up to 3 days in the fridge, once they have been thawed for use the next day.
For Ovens: (Preferred method)
Thawed: Preheat to 180.C. Cook for 20 -25 mins @ 180.C.
Frozen Preheat to 180.C Cook for 40 – 45 mins @ 180.C.
These instructions are guidelines only and may vary to individual conditions. Storage at -18.C.
