Lactase is an enzyme which breaks down lactose, a sugar in milk and milk products. Some people’s bodies do not make enough lactase, so they are not able to digest milk well, which can lead to unwanted symptoms. By including the lactase in milk, you don’t need to worry about taking extra chalky supplements.

MILKLAB collaborate with farmers including those in Australia’s Goulburn Valley to bring you a dairy milk which is specially crafted to perform with espresso coffee. The Goulburn Valley is home to some of the longest serving Aussie dairy farmers who help supply MILKLAB with their freshly sourced milk.
