Fennel Frond Pesto

A great way to use the fronds of your fennel or baby fennel – and saves buying pesto in plastic!

This variation of the more traditional basil pesto is worth a try.  Mix it in with risotto and use as a dip. Add it to pasta or even use it as a spread.

 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients in to a food processor and blitz until your desired pesto consistency has been reached.

Step 2

Store in a Jar in the Fridge.
