No Yeast Pizza Crust

The yeast in my pantry always dies before I use it. So I get half way through my pizza dough recipe and it fails…every time. Now I just jump straight to this yeast-free version. Just as tasty – and no need to have live yeast in your pantry.
Step by Step Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and kneed gently until pliable.
Rest covered for at least 20 mins.
Divide dough in half and use a rolling pin to flatten into rounds.
Add toppings and bake in a hot oven.
