Mushroom wraps with Dukkah Yoghurt

Try our new nut free Dukkah and some of our new yoghurt, with this super quick exotic dinner.

  1. Fry Mushrooms with garlic and lemon juice. Use large chunks of mushrooms.
  2. Mix together Dukkah and Yoghurt (We recommend the middle Eastern yoghurt, but any slightly sour yoghurt will work)
  3. Make any salad you like, we recommend grated carrot and beetroot dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Layer mushrooms, yoghurt and salad in a wrap or pita. Serve with your favorite sides, we recommend chips, roast carrots and tabouli.

Add Diced Lamb or Chicken to Mushrooms if desired
