Try our new nut free Dukkah and some of our new yoghurt, with this super quick exotic dinner.
- Fry Mushrooms with garlic and lemon juice. Use large chunks of mushrooms.
- Mix together Dukkah and Yoghurt (We recommend the middle Eastern yoghurt, but any slightly sour yoghurt will work)
- Make any salad you like, we recommend grated carrot and beetroot dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Layer mushrooms, yoghurt and salad in a wrap or pita. Serve with your favorite sides, we recommend chips, roast carrots and tabouli.
