I am so pumped for this weeks menu. It includes a couple of my FAVOURITE dishes.
Apple Risotto or chia pudding with cinnamon & citrus segments. mashed Avo on toast with a poached egg, mushies on toast. Toast with peanut butter,
Leftover burritos! Pasta salad with tuna, tuna wraps with leftover grain salad.
Fruit. & nuts Apple Risotto with yoghurt, Mandarin & almond cake.
- Mango salsa with sweet pot, chicken & black bean burritos
- Butternut, beetroot & grain salad with Lamb Chops
- Pasta with Pumpkin sauce
- Potato crusted quiche with sweet potato & onion (& chicken)
- Pak choy grilled, chat potato & avo “smash”, steamed carrots and Lamb Chops
- Stir fry with all your left over veggies & rice (any recipe is fine but we like this one)
