Chia pudding with cinnamon & citrus segments. Baked Beans on toast with a poached egg, Nashi pear & rhubarb compote with oats.

Lunches

Pasta salad with tuna, tuna wraps with leftover orange salad. Roasted pumpkin pizza.

Snacks

Fruit. & nuts, Apple Risotto with yoghurt, Nashi & Ginger Upside down cake
